Our stay was fantastic, really good place to rest up and enjoy the surroundings.

Great amenities and location, food was delicious!

Logistics of bar service at pool could be more efficient. But staff was really kind and treated us really well.

We enjoyed being pampered at Quinta Real Huatulco

The hotel is very lovely. The views are magnificent. The rooms are spacious and quite comfortable. The staff was always quick to attend to our needs.

Some rooms have better views than others, but I doubt they cost more. Room 120 has only a partial view of the ocean, but a terrific view of some vegetation and the carreterra nearby. I could hear traffic from our balcony. That was disappointing.

Quinta Real is the perfect if you are looking for a very relaxing, peaceful vacation

The resort is located on the beautiful Tangolunda beach and bay. It was very easy to access nearby restaurants and attractions in the local areas. The meals were good and all the staff were very helpful and attentive.

The menu did get a bit tiresome after 4-5 days and a daily dinner special would be a nice addition. No happy hour events for guests to meet and mingle.

The private pool, and the beach club were really great! The staff was very willing to suit our needs and made us feel very comfortable. Thanks a lot!

The infrastructure is visibly not new. The Compressors necessary for the air-con in the rooms are very loud and never stop. Once you notice it, is annoying. Some people might get used to, but for noise-sensitive people, can be a problem.

Very comfortable and peaceful. Great staff.

The facilities and staff are incredible! It's a wonderful hotel with a beautiful, uncrowded beach. The rooms are very comfortable and large, and the bed is excellent. You can rest well, and if your plan is to unwind, you can achieve it here. Now, on the other hand, the restaurants are good but not great. Prices are very high if you consider that the food is just “ok”. I was very keen to stay in the hotel everyday to eat there, but decided to go out most dinners.

Fab location and views. Quality rooms and food. Would stay there again.

Location and views were excellent. The room was large, had everything required for a comfortable stay and wonderful views. Friendly service. Common pools were nice.

Towels at the poolside were not great and definitely need more sun umbrellas. Service and set up at the beach was poor. Overall service at the beach club (pool and restaurant) could be improved.

Beautiful relaxing hotel

Small hotel with beautiful villas and beautiful views.

The staffing levels need to be increased. The same team that provided attentive service throughout the day at the beach was also tasked with duties in various areas during the evening meal. This indicates a need for a larger workforce to ensure both consistent service quality and employee well-being.

The staff are fantastic. Views are Incredible. The pool is great with excellent views and lounge chairs for everyone (no early-morning hoarding of lounge chairs). Private beach and palapa area, again, no fight for chairs. The drinks appear to be premium alcohol.

The restaurant prices are a little expensive.

Paradise on earth.

All. Paradise on earth. Perfection. Has traveled the world and I can ensue you … this is a good place.

The only thing I must mention is that I got a suite with an amazing view and grate space but they have the air conditioning boxes to just next to the privet pool and they make a big noice … also the bath tubs are huge in the rooms but the water doesn’t get hot enough. Still a place that I would come again 1000 times

Beautiful hotel

The room was beautiful. The beds were comfortable.

The prices in the restaurant were as high as you would spend in any major City in the world. Although I understand this in some capacity it did seem hard to understand how inflation at this level was necessary to support the running of the business here in Oax. The quality of the food was passable but miles away from quality in other restaurants charging prices like this. I can only hope this establishment passes on the extra revenue to their staff and is a choice employer for this reason. Otherwise I would say it was absurd at 95p for coffee for example....

Great hotel for a peaceful and private holiday.

+ Location: beautiful overseeing the Tangolunda bay lobby and rooms. Really close to the city Center ~10-15 minutes by cab. + Service: super friendly staff willing to help at every step of the way. + Facilities: the pool, restaurant, lobby and beach facilities were amazing.

- Restaurant: breakfast and dinner are missed opportunities. The restaurant is beautiful and has a great view but the food does not live up to the expectations of a 5 star hotel. It would be great for breakfast to have a proper coffee machine. - Internet: wifi was not working in our room nor in common areas for various days.
